We want to make sure our customers have the best experience at The Tiny Sparrow, Art Studio & Happy Place! Please read:

Copyright Laws:

The Tiny Sparrow, Art Studio & Happy Place respects original artists and their work. Any work used as reference is used merely for inspiration and guidance. We avoid copyright infringement by contacting the original artist and getting written permission from said artist. In the event there is a fee for use of the work, we pay the artist their requested license fee. 

Juried Work:

All work from those wanting to display their work in our gallery/shop will be reviewed BEFORE they are accepted as a vendor or display artist. It is the right of TTS to deny any work or artist presented. An agreement will be signed for those chosen to display. 

Children:

Children who are participating in events, ages 4 to 12, are to be escorted by a supervising adult during paint nights and/or similar activities. In the case of private class, kids' camps, or workshops, children may be dropped off and remain in class without adult supervision. Any child who disrupts class in a consistent manner will not be permitted to return without adult supervision. Children may not leave the premises without an adult who is responsible for them. Unless otherwise specified, classes are not recommended for age 3 and under, unless they are present with an adult at an age appropriate event. 

Pets:

We are pet-friendly! Pets are permitted in the gallery/classroom during non-class hours as long as they are leashed and do not pose a danger to patrons, student, customers, or other pets. Owners are responsible for clean up in case of accidents. Service animals are permitted during class hours. 

Accidents: 

TTS, its owner, and its affiliates are not responsible for physical injuries, accidents, including soiled clothing, bodies, hair, etc., theft, or poorly executed art work or personal experience based off the opinion of the customer/artist/student. The use of protective gear, such as an apron/smock or wearing "paint-friendly' clothes, are highly recommended.

Refunds:

Refunds will be granted at 100% for prepaid events 48 hours BEFORE the start of the event time and date. 

Refunds AFTER the 48 hour mark will be granted 80% of the purchase price. 

Purchases of in-house artist work, commissioned work, or work created in class are nonrefundable.

Disputes:

Disputes can be made by contacting TTS via email, phone or in person. We will resolve any conflict as best as possible with regard to the above terms and conditions set forth by The Tiny Sparrow, Art Studio & Happy Place.
